What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards, ACH, Paypal, wire transfers, and checks. Other methods may also be acceptable depending on your credit.

What are your warranty and return policies?

All our providers have excellent reputation in the industry. Quality certificates will be provided with the products. Products with defects can be exchanged or returned within 30 days after delivery. However, if the reason for return is not a result of an NCE error, the cost of return shipping and a restocking fee of 20% will be deducted from your refund. Customized items without defects cannot be returned.

Can I request samples to try?

We can provide you free samples for some of our products. Please contact us for more information. The shipping cost will be paid by customers.

Do you provide product support for your products?

Yes. If you have any product-related questions or issues before or after your order, please contact us.

How to make an order?

You can send the orders  to us by email, phone, or fax, and then we will send the order confirmation back to you.
