Zinc Selenide (ZnSe) Sputtering Target is made of high purity zinc selenide, which is a kind of yellow transparent polycrystalline material. The crystal particle size is about 70 µm, and the light transmission range is 0.5-15 µm. Zinc selenide synthesized by the chemical vapor deposition (CVD) method has no impurity absorption and very low scattering loss. It is also an intrinsic semiconductor material and belongs to Ⅱ-VI group compound semiconductor materials. It is a compound semiconductor luminescent material that can emit a series of visible light from yellow to blue.

Packing and Storage

Standard Packing: Packed in sealed bags with labels. Items will be packed properly to avoid damage during transit.

Storage: Store in dry environment, sealed packages. Handle with care, prevent pressure and collision.

Note:

  1. Before using, observe whether the surface is clean. Wear clean gloves to operate. Avoid direct contact with materials by hand and avoid contamination by oil and other things.
  2. Indium bonding: max. operating temperature 150°C; Elastomer bonding: max. operating temperature 250°C.
