Typical application:

It is an important material for military industry (single crystal; yttrium iron garnet, yttrium aluminum garnet and other composite oxides).
It is also used to make film capacitors and special refractories, as well as magnetic bubble materials for high-pressure mercury lamps, lasers, storage elements, etc.
The addition of yttrium oxide during sintering can effectively reduce the grain size of tungsten alloy.
