Yttrium Iron Garnet (YIG), the chemical formula is Y₃Fe₅O₁₂.The main raw materials are yttrium and iron oxides or carbonates. It has the characteristics of small resonance linewidth, low saturation magnetization, low dielectric loss and high density 2 g/cm³. The saturation magnetization is 0.0225 ~ 0.15 t. The linewidth of ferromagnetic resonance is 2.8-6.4 ka/m (9 KHz). The tangent of dielectric loss angle is (2.5~40)×10^-4.

Standard Packing: Packed in sealed bags with labels. Items will be packed properly to avoid damage during transit.

Storage: Store in dry environment, sealed packages. Handle with care, prevent pressure and collision.

Note:

1. Before using, observe whether the surface is clean. Wear clean gloves to operate. Avoid direct contact with materials by hand and avoid contamination by oil and other things.
2. Indium bonding: max. operating temperature 150°C; Elastomer bonding: max. operating temperature 250°C.
