Vanadium Oxide Sputtering Target

Vanadium oxide (V₂O₅) thin films have excellent electrical properties and can meet many special application requirements. However, the properties of vanadium oxide films prepared on different substrates by different methods are quite different, which is mainly due to the composition, crystallinity, grain orientation and grain size of vanadium oxide films. It is possible to epitaxial vanadium oxide thin films by using single crystal sapphire as substrate. The main reason is that the composition ratio of the film is better than that of V₂O₅. At the same time, the density of the film can be improved by oxidation of low valence vanadium to high valence vanadium, and the reduction from high valence vanadium to low valence vanadium makes the film loose. The electrical properties of the films can be effectively improved by increasing the deposition temperature and annealing treatment. According to the requirements of practical application, the required structure and properties of vanadium oxide films can be obtained by changing the film forming parameters

Note:

1. Before using, observe whether the surface is clean. Wear clean gloves to operate. Avoid direct contact with materials by hand and avoid contamination by oil and other things.
2. Vanadium bonding: max. operating temperature 150°C; Elastomer bonding: max. operating temperature 250°C.
