Titanium Nitride Sputtering Target
Product | Titanium Nitride Sputtering Target (TiN Target) |
Part Number | SP22-03 |
CAS Number | 25583-20-4 |
Titanium Nitride (TiN), is a very stable compound. It does not react with iron, chromium, calcium and magnesium at high temperature. TiN loses nitrogen when heated in vacuum, resulting in titanium nitride with low nitrogen content.
TiN has attractive golden yellow color, high melting point, high hardness, good chemical stability, less wettability with metal, and high conductivity and superconductivity, which can be used in high temperature structural materials and superconducting materials.
NCE can provide the Titanium Nitride (TiN) Sputtering Target with different sizes available on request. Please contact us for more details. Get a Quote Now! For other sputtering targets, please check our Sputtering Targets catalog page. We also provide Titanium Nitride (TiN) Powder.
