Titanium Boride Sputtering Target

Titanium Boride Sputtering Target
Product Titanium Boride Sputtering Target (TiB2 Target)
Part Number SP22-06
CAS Number 12045-63-5

Titanium Boride (TiB2), is gray or gray black. It has a melting point of 2980°C and a high hardness. The oxidation resistance temperature of titanium diboride in air can reach 1000°C. It is stable in HCl and HF acid. Titanium diboride is mainly used to prepare composite ceramic products. It can be used in the manufacture of molten metal crucible and electrolytic cell electrode because it can resist the corrosion of molten metal.
