Scandium Nitride Powder

Scandium Nitride powder (ScN) has physical properties such as high melting point (>2600°C), high hardness, high mechanical strength, high temperature stability, chemical inertia and high conductivity. Scandium nitride reacts with water: ScN + 3H₂O → Sc(OH)₃ + NH₃.

The typical purity is 99.9% and 99.99%. The particle size is -200 mesh.
