Nickel Sputtering Target

Nickel Sputtering Target
Product Nickel Sputtering Target (Ni Target)
Part Number SP28-1
CAS Number 7440-02-0

Nickel (Ni) is a silver white metal with magnetic properties and good plasticity. It has good corrosion resistance. Nickel is similar to silver white, hard and malleable and ferromagnetic metal element. It can be highly polished and corrosion resistant. After dissolving in nitric acid, it turns green. It’s mainly used in alloys (e.g. nickel steel and nickel silver) and as catalysts (e.g. Raney nickel, especially as a catalyst for hydrogenation).

NCE can provide the high purity Nickel Sputtering Target with the highest purity up to 99.999%. It is mainly used in semiconductor and microelectronics industry, and is the key material of semiconductor back electrode. Through repeated plastic processing, the nickel target produced by us has the characteristics of high density and high purity, and the grain size is uniform. The flexibility of our production process enables us to adjust the microstructure of the target to achieve the desired effect. If the grain size of sputtering target is uniform, good sputtering rate and uniform film can be obtained.

NCE can provide the Nickel (Ni) Sputtering Target with different sizes available on request. Please contact us for more details. Get a Quote Now! For other sputtering targets, please check our Sputtering Targets catalog page.
