Nickel Iron Sputtering Target
Product | Nickel Iron Sputtering Target (Ni/Fe Target) |
Part Number | SP28-3 |
Nickel Iron Sputtering Target is made of nickel iron alloys (Ni/Fe or ferronickel alloys) with 20% – 60% nickel content. The melting points of nickel iron alloys are 1430-1480 °C, and the densities are 8.1-8.7 g/cm3.
Nickel iron alloys are a kind of low frequency soft magnetic material with high permeability and low coercivity in weak magnetic field. In the early stage, nickel iron was used for telephone communication, and then a heat treatment process and vacuum smelting method were used to improve the properties of the alloys. The permeability of the nickel iron alloy containing 78% Ni is about 10- 20 times higher than that of silicon steel in weak magnetic field. The ternary and quaternary Ni/Fe alloys with higher initial permeability µi and maximum permeability µm can be obtained by adding Mo, Mn, Co, Cu, Cr, and other elements into nickel iron alloy.
NCE can provide the Nickel Iron Alloy Sputtering Target (Ni/Fe Target) with different sizes available on request. Please contact us for more details. Get a Quote Now!
