General Information about Lithium Titanate Sputtering Target

Lithium titanate (Li4Ti5O12) is a kind of compound with white powder appearance, melting point 1520- 1564°C, insoluble in water, and has strong fusibility. It can be used as raw material of titanium containing glaze. It has the property of fusing with less dosage and can be used as flux.

Lithium titanate is also widely used as an anode material and has the following advantages:
1. It is a zero-strain material with good cycle performance;
2. The discharge voltage is stable, and the electrolyte will not be decomposed, which improves the safety of lithium batteries;
3. Compared with carbon anode materials, lithium titanate has a high lithium ion diffusion coefficient and can be charged and discharged at a high rate;
4. The potential of lithium titanate is higher than that of pure metal lithium. It is not easy to produce lithium crystal branches, which improves the safety of lithium batteries.

Packing and Storage

Standard Packing: Packed in sealed bags with labels. Items will be packed properly to avoid damage during transit.

Storage: Store in dry environment, sealed packages. Handle with care, prevent pressure and collision.

Note:

  1. Before using, observe whether the surface is clean. Wear clean gloves to operate. Avoid direct contact with materials by hand and avoid contamination by oil and other things.
  2. Indium bonding: max. operating temperature 150°C; Elastomer bonding: max. operating temperature 250°C.
