Lanthanum Sputtering Target
Product Lanthanum Sputtering Target (La Target)
Part Number SP57-01
CAS Number 7439-91-0

Lanthanum (La) has silver gray luster, soft texture, density of 6.174 g/cm3, melting point of 921°C, boiling point of 3457°C. Its chemical property is active, and it quickly loses its luster when exposed to air, forming a blue oxide film, but it cannot protect the metal, and then further oxidize to form white oxide powder. It can react with cold water slowly, soluble in acid, and can react with a variety of nonmetal. Lanthanum is generally preserved in oil or inert gas.
