Lanthanum Boride Sputtering Target (LaB6 Target) is made of high purity lanthanum hexaboride, abbreviated to lanthanum boride. The typical purity is 99.5%. Lanthanum boride is a purple crystalline solid, with the molecular formula LaB6. It is insoluble in water and hydrochloric acid. It is also a superconductor, with a phase transition temperature only 0.45 K. Lanthanum boride has a wide range of uses and has been successfully applied to more than 20 military and high-tech fields such as radar, aerospace, electronics industry, instrumentation, medical equipment, home appliance metallurgy, and environmental protection. Its series of products mainly include three kinds of powders, polycrystals and single crystals. Packing and Storage

Standard Packing: Packed in sealed bags with labels. Items will be packed properly to avoid damage during transit.

Storage: Store in dry environment, sealed packages. Handle with care, prevent pressure and collision.

Note:

  1. Before using, observe whether the surface is clean. Wear clean gloves to operate. Avoid direct contact with materials by hand and avoid contamination by oil and other things.
  2. Indium bonding: max. operating temperature 150°C; Elastomer bonding: max. operating temperature 250°C.
