Purity 99.99%, 99.995% and 99.999%
Density 7.179 g/cm3
CAS# 1312-43-2

Indium oxide is light yellow powder, insoluble in water, but soluble in acid, while the crystal form is insoluble in water and acid. It is a new n-type transparent semiconductor functional material, which has wide band gap, small resistivity and high catalytic activity. It has been widely used in photoelectric field, gas sensor and catalyst.

NC Elements is a professional supplier of high-purity indium oxide (In2O3) powders. The purity can be 99.99%, 99.995% and 99.999%. We can also provide the nano indium oxide powders with the small particle sizes.

Typical application:

Indium oxide is widely used in the traditional fields such as colored glass, ceramics, alkaline manganese battery instead of mercury corrosion inhibitor, chemical reagent, etc. It can also be used as n-type semiconductor as the resistance element of integrated circuit. It is also used for indium tin oxide (ITO) target, transparent electrode and transparent thermal reflector materials, and for flat-panel liquid crystal display and demister.
