Cobalt Sputtering Target
Product | Cobalt Sputtering Target (Co Target) |
Part Number | SP24-1 |
CAS Number | 7440-48-4 |
Cobalt (Co) is a silvery gray metal with a melting point of 1493°C and a specific gravity of 8.9, which is hard and brittle. Cobalt is ferromagnetic. It is similar to iron and nickel in hardness, tensile strength, machinability, thermodynamic properties and electrochemical behavior. When heated to 1150°C, the magnetism disappears. Cobalt has been widely used in the manufacture of magnetic materials and super alloys. Cobalt is an important material for magnetic recording media, magnetic recording heads, optoelectronic devices, magnetic sensors and integrated circuits. It can also be used as semiconductor thin film materials.
NCE can provide the Cobalt Sputtering Target with different sizes available on request. We produce high-purity cobalt sputtering target, which has the greatest advantage of high permeability. This advantage is that in the process of physical vapor deposition, the target can start arc smoothly and start to use. Please contact us for more details. Get a Quote Now!
