Boron nitride ceramic powder is a kind of ceramic material with excellent thermal conductivity, electrical insulation and chemical stability. The oxidation resistance temperature of boron nitride in oxygen atmosphere can reach 850°C. And it is still stable under the protection of nitrogen at 1800°C. It is the most conductive material among ceramic materials above 530°C, and it also has good lubricity at high temperature. It is an excellent high-temperature solid lubricant. At the same time, it is chemically inert to almost all molten metals, and it can withstand high temperature up to 2000°C. The molded products are convenient for machining with the excellent mechanical properties.
The boron nitride ceramic powder provided by NCE has high purity and uniform particle size distribution.

Typical application:

It is hexagonal, without special treatment, and has a large specific surface area. It is mostly used in refractory, BN hot pressing, lubrication demoulding, cosmetics addctives and other fields.

  2. Cosmetics industry. BN powder has the function of lubrication.
  3. Coating.
  4. Lubricant.
