About Calcium Titanate (CaTiO3) Powder
Calcium Titanate (CaTiO3) Powder is a basic inorganic dielectric material with excellent dielectric, temperature, mechanical and optical properties. It is widely used in ceramic capacitors, PTC Thermistors, precision electronic ceramics, microwave antennas, filters and stainless steel electrodes. It can significantly improve the properties of anti-porosity and anti-redness.
Calcium titanate (CaO·TiO2) is a ceramic material with a main crystal phase. It has a cubic system and perovskite structure. The relative dielectric constant is 140 ~ 150. The temperature coefficient of dielectric constant is (-1000 ~ -1500)x10-6/°C. The tangent of dielectric loss angle is less than 6×10-4 (20°C,1MC). It can be used to make high frequency temperature compensation capacitors, etc.
NCE provides high-quality calcium titanate manufactured through the “solid phase synthesis” process under strict quality control. We can provide 4 series of Calcium Titanate (CaTiO3) Powder for different applications. Please contact us for more details. Get a Quote Now! Other Trade Names: calcium titanium oxide, calcium titanium trioxide
Typical Applications:
- Calcium Titanate Powder is used to make medium and high voltage ceramic capacitors, PTC thermistors and other precision electronic components. Pure calcium titanate is difficult to sinter into ceramics, and 1% – 2% zirconia can be added.
- It is used as a raw material powder in the electronic ceramic industry, such as the production of dielectric materials. It is used to make basic conductive elements for single crystals and high-frequency instruments.
