Zinc Sputtering Target
Product | Zinc Sputtering Target (Zn Target) |
Part Number | SP30-05 |
CAS Number | 7440-66-6 |
The Zinc Sputtering Target is made of high purity zinc (Zn), which is a blueish white metal. Zinc is a transition and diamagnetic metal. When the temperature reaches 225°C, zinc oxidation is intense. Zinc is easy to dissolve in acid and replace gold, silver and copper from solution. Zinc exists as sulfide in nature.
NCE can provide the Zinc (Zn) Sputtering Target with different sizes available on request. The purity can be up to 99.995%. Please contact us for more details. Get a Quote Now! For other sputtering targets, please check our Sputtering Targets catalog page.
Typical Applications:
It is commonly used as a neutron absorbing material in atomic reactors. Also used in microwave technology, color TV phosphor.
