Titanium Aluminum Sputtering Target
Product | Titanium Aluminum Sputtering Target (Ti/Al Target) |
Part Number | SP23-02 |
Titanium aluminum (Ti/Al) alloy sputtering targets and films are widely used in wear-resistant, heat-resistant and corrosion-resistant surface strengthening films in the coating industry, as well as high-end technology industries such as low-emission glass, microelectronics, magnetic recording, semiconductor, and film resistance.
We can adjust the micro-structure of our coating materials to achieve the desired results. If the grains of the sputtering target are uniformly arranged, the user can benefit from a constant corrosion rate and a uniform layer.
NCE can provide the Titanium Aluminum (Ti/Al) Alloy Sputtering Target with different sizes available on request. Please contact us for more details. Get a Quote Now! For other sputtering targets, please check our Sputtering Targets catalog page.
Typical Applications:
Titanium aluminum alloy is widely used in vacuum coating industry. It can be made into a certain proportion of alloy target material as the raw material of magnetron sputtering coating.
